Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love and enjoy your purchase! If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept UNWORN or UNUSED merchandise, with tags, and in its original packaging for exchange or store credit. We do not allow refund.

 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. For returns WITHIN 10 days of delivery, exchange will be authorized if desired or a store credit will be issued for future use.

 

Merchandise exchange or return request AFTER 10 days of order delivery will not be accepted. It will be mailed back to customer at their expense.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.

 

If you paid for shipping, it is non-refundable.

 

Return shipping is $4.99, to be deducted from cost of your merchandise.

 

If your exchange or return for store credit is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

 

Exchanges will be processed based on availability.

 

Please allow up to 7-10 business days to complete processing.

 

To begin exchange or return for store credit process:

  • Please review exchange-return policy before you start the process.
  • If your purchase meets criteria, then create your exchange/return HERE or contact customer service to assist you with the process.
  • Request will be reviewed, then approved if criteria are met or denied if not met.
  • Once we’ve received your item(s), it will be inspected. Exchange or store credit with be offered if item(s) meets store criteria. We do not allow refund. We'll send you an email to update you.
  • Merchandise that does not meet criteria will be shipped back to you at your expense.
